RBcor Rigilon - Water Soluble Master Photopolymer
An environmentally friendly way to produce masters for flexograhic printing plates and marking devices. Capable of repeated moldings with minimal distortion. For best results, mold to our S-Mat family of matrix boards. Two hardnesses to choose from (see chart below). Other applications include letterpress printing, embossing counters, pantograph masters. Stamp Resins - FLEXSTAMP in 40 and 50 durometer - Designed primarily for handstamp applications, FLEXSTAMP has been proven to be the leader in quality. FLEXSTAMP provides exposure consistency from batch to batch reducing the chance for remakes. FLEXSTAMP is ideal for envelope, tag and label printing.
Master Resin - MR 2003 80 Shore C Scale - A quick and economical alternative to metal masters for use in rubber stamp or printing plate applications. High heat resistance allows for multiple uses. Wide exposure latitude provides for excellent reverse depths.

Polyester sheets with a special coating that bonds to the photopolymer providing stability -- bonding strength is enhanced during post exposure. Available in .004" and .007" thicknesses for sheet sizes:

Cover Sheet - Thin specially developed plastic material designed to protect film negative from photopolymer contamination during platemaking process. Special matte finish enhances ink transfer by creating a rubber-like surface on photopolymer plate. Available roll sizes include: 12"x250' 12"x500' 15"x1700'
Washout Detergent - FLEXOWASH X 100 - Concentrated liquid detergent specifically designed to be used with liquid photopolymers. suitable for use in automatic washout systems as well as in hand wash baths. Only detergent recommended for the washout of Acclaim.
Post Exposure Salt - Used in the post exposure bath to reduce photopolymer tackiness. (9 lb container).
Laser Printer Vellum - Specially coated translucent material capable of accepting laser and copier toners cleanly and with the density to provide excellent masters from which a negative can be made. 8-1/2"x11" sheets (50 sheets per carton).
