Etching Additives - High quality etching additive for fast clean etching.
- For Magnesium: MAGO 20 X (5 gal pail or 30 gal. drum)
Engraving Plate Protectants - protects photoengraving metals after "descumming" and before etching. Helps prevent pimples and "shiners".
- Visko Concentrate (1 qt. bottle)
- Descumming Chalk (6 lb can or 50 lb bag)
Retouching Supplies (for use with all engraving metals) - Used to "block out" imperfections in engraving coatings caused by dirt, pinholes or scratches in film negatives. Also used as a staging paint in double etching.
- Retouching Varnish (blue) (pint)
- Retouching Varnish Thinner (1/2 pint bottle)
Etch Fume Reducer (for magnesium) - Powder additive used in magnesium etching baths to reduce the "smoke" created during etching process.
