Photopolymer Platemaking Supplies
Blue Towel - A lint-free synthetic cloth used for the "blotting" of solvent off photopolymer plates. Available in roll (36" x 200 yd) or sheet form (14" x 18", 500 per carton).
In-Line Washout Plate Bar Tape - Two sided adhesive tape designed to hold plates to plate bar of in-line washout units. Special adhesive withstands the aggressive washout solvents used in the photopolymer platemaking process. Tape has a polyester base and is .004" thick. Part number 5341, 1" x 36 yard rolls.
Exposure Bleeder Strip - Opaque plastic with screen pattern used to aid in the removal of air from exposure platen during exposure cycle. 3" x 40' roll.
Suede Covered Vacuum Wand - Used to aid in the removal of entrapped air during initial vacuum drawdown for plate exposure. Available in 12" and 24" lengths.
Krene Film (Exposure Cover Sheet) - Whatever brand or type of platemaking system you own, Econo can provide the vacuum cover sheet suited for your system.
UV & Germicidal Bulbs - We have available the sizes and varieties of UV and Germicidal bulbs provided as original equipment in today's photopolymer platemakers.
Michael Business Machine Kutrimmers - Without the proper tools, a quality plate is impossible to produce. Kutrimmers put the finishing touch on your plate with clean straight cuts. We offer table-top models, with cutting lengths from 13-3/4" to 28-1/2" or larger cutters equipped with their own stands having cutting lengths up to 43-3/4".
